With our Giclee Reproductions and Illuminated Wall Sconces, we do not currently offer an on-line shopping experience. Rather, because many of these particular products are made-to-order or involve some degree of customization, we find it better for everyone involved to have a direct communication about these products. As a result, when you visit our Botanical Prints and Sconces pages, you will find a link to our Catalogs for those products. Inside these catalogs you will discover product details, customization opportunities, and purchasing information. Shipping, Handling and Sales Tax:
Shipping is generally done via UPS or USPS, depending upon the product. We do add a nominal handling fee on our shipments to help defray our time and packaging material's costs. Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the State of California.
On-line orders are handled through Etsy's secure payment system. For all other orders, after you have approved the total cost for your order, you may pay by credit card or personal check. Any credit card information provided to us will be done via a telephone conversation. For security purposes, do not put credit card information into an e-mail. In the case of a personal check, merchandise will be shipped after your check clears our financial institution. In most instances, this will cause only a minor delay in the shipping process once we have received your check.
Leaf Motif will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price within 20-days of shipping if you are not fully satisfied with our product. Shipping costs will not be refunded and all return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact us so that we may make return arrangements with you.
In the event your product arrives in a damaged condition, please retain all packing materials and contact us as quickly as possible. We will work with you to follow though with carriers on damage claims, to have the merchandise repaired or replaced, or have your purchase refunded; whichever options best suits your needs. We may ask you to photograph the damaged product and shipping materials as part of filing a damage claim, if requested by the carrier's representative. Regardless of the circumstances, please know that we will work with you to resolve any damage issues.
We assure our customers that any personal information we may receive as part of the purchasing process will not be passed on or sold to third parties. Your information is used solely for our own database in updating you on new items and information from Leaf Motif.
